Registration fees

Registration is through the Center for Continuing Education.

Fees include all conference materials, refreshments, and reception.

Early bird registration before June 1, 2010:

  • COV&R Member $150.00
  • COV&R Student Member $75.00
  • Non-member $175.00
  • Non-member Student $85.00

After June 1, 2010, all fees increase by $25.00.

Optional conference activities

  • banquet on Saturday evening $40.00
  • excursion to Menno-Hof on Saturday afternoon $15.00

Residence Hall Lodging (air-conditioned dormitory rooms)

  • $47.00 single occupancy
  • $34.00 per person per night double occupancy

For participants who prefer to stay in nearby hotels, instead of the residence halls, the Center for Continuing Education also has a convenient on-line list of hotels

Campus Dining

Meals will be available on a cash basis at various campus venues, in addition to the South Dining Hall. Camplete information and schedules will be available at registration.

South Dining Hall summer conference meal prices:
Breakfast: $9.50
Lunch: $13.50
Dinner: $16.50

South Dining Hall serving hours:
Breakfast: 7:00 – 9:00 AM
Lunch: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Dinner: 5:00 – 7:00 PM
